TicketEvents.com was created out of a philosophy of excellent customer service. Two prominent companies in the ticket and entertainment industry with over 30 years experience merged to become one of the most respected and reliable sources in this billion dollar business.
Doron J. Segal, known in the business as "DJ The Ticketman", has a very diverse and colorful background. First introduced to the ticket industry in the early 80's at age 15, Doron was known at local high schools and throughout his community as "Ticketron Doron." He studied abroad while in college, in both Tel Aviv, Israel, and London, England, where he landed a job as a talent scout at Atlantic Records. He spent the next 11 years traveling back and forth from New York City to Hollywood, managing several young and developing rock bands that he had gotten signed to major recording and publishing companies. A little tired of traveling around the world constantly and burnt out from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, he decided to go into a completely different direction. The next eight years was an adventure to say the least. He was a trip leader for his family business, The Guided Tour, Inc. A program he grew up with which was founded and still is directed by his father and brother, both social workers. Doron was responsible for the entire internet marketing, event programming, advertising and was a trip leader who led young adults with special needs on supervised vacations all over the world. His family values, background, social consciousness and business success is a unique blend which makes Doron a very colorful, vibrant person who thinks "out of the box" to make sure all his clients get the best seats possible.
